The rotary piston pump has a very high filling accuracy and repeatability.
Due to its modular design, it can be combined with the servo filling needle movement FSN-1000 or retrofitted at any time.
Flexibility
The FSR is suitable for processing highly viscous products up to 70,000 mPas.
The System can be designed with 1 to 8 pumps, e.g. on a pump trolley.
In addition, product bags or containers with bendable measuring rods can be integrated. Together with a process pump, maximum flexibility can be ensured.
Efficiency
Operating the machine is intuitive via a touchscreen. Recipe management and the creation of production batch reports can also be controlled in this way.
Stability
The objects can be optionally processed using nitrogen purging to ensure optimal product stability. There is also the option of vacuum filling, even with highly viscous products.
