Rotary piston pump for OEM-integreation
The rotary piston pumps for OEM-integration is designed to meet all expectations for the pharmaceutical and biotech liquid dosing applications for filling volumes between 0.05-50ml.
In comparison with other dosing systems, rotary piston pumps are ideal for high viscose product up to 70,000mPas.
Every pump is made of a single block of stainless steel 316L or ceramic. The Pumps design allow for a high filling accuracy and an easy to clean hygenic design.
The conical assembly system eliminates tolerances and increases overall accuracy of the system.

COLANAR rotary piston pumps can be easily integrated in exisiting pharmaceutical liquid dosing systems.
The pump system can be delivered as option with servo drive and PLC function block.

FSD 10 for filling volumes up to 1.5ml
FSD 20 for filling volumes up to 10ml
FSD 30 for filling volumes up to 50ml
