Precision
The machine can be equipped with three filling systems, depending on the different needs of the application.
Peristaltic pump with actively driven rollers for gentle and precise filling, ideal for single-use applications.
Rotary piston pump for high filling accuracy and repeatability, suitable for more viscous products.
ViscoTec Pharma Dispenser for gentle product filling of highly viscous or abrasive products.
All dosing systems can be installed on the same machine, allowing for quick and efficient conversion depending on needs and product requirements.
Flexibility
The FSM can be used as a 1- or 2- head version specifically as a table-top machine, in safety workbenches, in oRABS or in isolators.
In addition, product bags or product vessels with bendable measuring rods can be integrated. In combination with a process pump, maximum flexibility can be ensured.
Efficiency
The machine can be equipped with an in-process control using an integrated scale. This makes it possible to readjust the filling quantity.
Stability
The objects can optionally be processed using nitrogen purging to ensure optimal product stability. For individual applications, the servo needle movement can also be used to choose between under- and over-level filling.
