Filling and closing system in oRABS FSV
The efficient and precise filling is of crucial importance for the pharmaceutical industry. Flexibility, accuracy, and efficiency are essential, especially in clinical studies and small-batch manufacturing.
The modular machine system FSV has been specifically developed to meet these requirements by being able to flexibly combine various modules such as a debagger, delidder, filling and closing machine and capping machine into a complete solution.
The oRABS (Open Restricted Access Barrier System) is a physical barrier between the operator and the product. Gloves can be used to intervene if necessary. There are laminar flow units on the machine guard for directed airflow at 0.45m/s.
The FSV filling and closing system in oRABS offers a compact and efficient solution for filling and closing syringes, vials and cartridges.

All filling systems listed can be installed on the same machine, allowing for quick and efficient conversion depending on needs and product requirements.
Flexibility
The system can be flexibly combined into a complete solution using a debagger, delidder, filling and closing machine and capping machine.
The FSV is available as a 1- head and, for higher performance, as a 2- head filling and closing machine.
In addition, product bags or product Vessel with bendable measuring rods can be integrated. In combination with a process pump, maximum flexibility can be ensured.
Efficiency
The machine can be equipped with an in-process control using an integrated scale. This allows to readjust the filling quantity.
Stability
The objects are optionally processed using nitrogen purging to ensure optimal product stability. For individual applications, the servo needle movement can also be used to choose between under- and over-level filling.
